Our firm has extensive experience in the processing and litigation of these rights in Mexico and abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E421\"><span id=\"E422\">Plant Variety rights are a form of intellectual property specifically designed to protect new plant varieties.<\/span><span id=\"E423\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E425\"><span id=\"E426\">PBR entitlements can lead the owner to prevent unauthorized production or reproduction (multiplication), packaging for propagation purposes, offering for sale, sale or other marketing, export, import or storage for any of the purposes mentioned.
